1. Standard Returns Window
In addition to your statutory rights, Loop Culture offers a 14-day returns window from the date of delivery for change-of-mind returns, subject to the conditions below.
1.2 Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
- The item must not have been worn, used, or altered.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
1.3 Exclusions
The following items are excluded from our standard returns policy (statutory rights still apply for faulty goods):
- Personalised, customised, or made-to-order items, unless they are faulty.
- Gift cards and digital vouchers.
- Items that have been visibly worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
2. How to Make a Return
2.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at sales@loopculture.co.uk or via our website contact form.
- Step 2: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Step 3: Securely package the item(s) inside the parcel.
- Step 4: Send the parcel to the return address provided in your return instructions.
2.2 Return Postage
The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for delivery service. Loop Culture cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: refunds will be applied within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods (or receiving evidence of return, if earlier).
- Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3.2 Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund amount if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of the consumer handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. This is in accordance with Regulation 34(10) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3.3 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover all return postage costs and issue a full refund or replacement at no charge to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for items of a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team when initiating your return to request an exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
